Users remain responsible for any co-payments or out-of-pocket balances.

• No Guarantee of Treatment Outcomes: Addiction and mental health recovery outcomes depend on numerous personal, clinical, and psychological factors. We make no guarantees or representations regarding specific treatment outcomes or long-term recovery metrics.
