What are your current Room Rates?
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes
What are reception hours?
Normal Reception hours are from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
Is internet access available?
Yes, free wireless internet access is available for Guests with their own devices. A Guest computer for accessing emails is also available on the ground floor adjacent to the main foyer.
Do you have off street parking? Is there a charge?
Yes, we have complimentary off street parking.
What are check-in / check-out times?
Normal check-in time is from 1pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Depending on our bookings we will endeavour to meet guest requests for early arrivals or later departures.
Are there laundry facilities?
We offer an in-house laundry service for guests at a nominal charge. We do not have a self service laundry facility for guests.
Do we store luggage at the Manor?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage for you between stays or while waiting for an afternoon flight.
What if I have a later arrival or earlier departure?
Please advise us if you are arriving late or have an early departure outside of the normal reception hours so that we can make arrangements to meet or farewell you.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking within 28 days of the booked arrival date 50% of the full period of booked accommodation will be charged. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked date will result in the full period booked being charged.
Can we smoke on the Property?
Yes, but only in designated areas. Smoking is NOT allowed in any of our rooms.
Do you have Vegetarian options for breakfast and other meals?
Yes, please let us know when making your reservation.
Do you have airport transfers and what is the distance to the airport?
Yes, we have a Shuttle for you to/from the airport which is just 15km or 25 minutes away by car.
